Sidebar added to single posts
I started learning about the php language today. Php appears to be a database querying language which tells this blog how to display which posts and information and under what circumstances. For my first experiment, I added the navigation sidebar to the pages with the single posts. So now when you click to individual articles, the sidebar follows you and you can navigate without clicking backward.
In order to accommodate the sidebar, I also edited the cascading style sheet to make the article wider, and the sidebar narrower. That gives a wider field of view for reading the article, and it is not narrow like a newspaper column.
Not much else to report today. Try navigating around the blog and see what you think about the new changes.
