Easier Navigation on the Main Website

Today I began the process of overhauling the main website to make it easier to navigate, as well as easier to maintain.  I am about half-way through re-formatting the Law pages (which according to my statistics tracker, as well as my own feelings, are the most important on the site).  You won’t see anything new there yet– it’s all still on my hard drive.  But that’s a lot better than being in my head only!  So, visually there’s nothing new to see, but in the background, there I am working.
