Main Website Overhaul

I just finished the bulk of the work overhauling the main Law pages. I have them uploaded, but they are in “beta” form. I haven’t completely debugged them yet, but I have navigated a representative sample of them in the latest Firefox browser and they seem to work fine. Later I will get all of them validated for xhtml, and make sure there are no errors in the code. In the meantime, hopefully they represent a major improvement over what was there before.

Specifically, I added a side navigation panel to each page for the internal hyperlinks, and then I added links to this blog page and the Law index page.  I also started cleaning up the code a bit and removing some of the formatting from the html files and transferred the formatting to a css style sheet.  Eventually, I will be able to reformat the whole website by just changing the style sheet.  Way cool, but in order to get there I have to reformat the whole website once by hand.

I can tell I am too tired and am just rambling at this point so I’ll just close by saying, go to the Law page and navigate around the site a bit.  See if it’s easier to navigate.  Happy Reading.
