More Code Cleanup
I cleaned up and validated the code on 6 more pages today, for a total of 8 now. They are all xhtml compliant, with the exception of the 7 errors that show up related to my server’s statistics script which is beyond my control. I am doing the Law pages in reverse alphabetical order by filename. Check out the new pages, let me know if I missed something, obvious or not. Later I’ll go over every page with a fine-toothed comb and make sure they all satisfy me. But for now, just making sure the code is valid is a higher priority. From the quick visual analyses I’ve done of the pages I’ve worked on, it looks pretty good in my browser. And the code looks pretty nice in my text editor. :-) The “html tidy” program at validator.w3.org is a remarkable tool for cleaning up html code. It makes the code look like, well, poetry (as the folks at Wordpress say– “Code is poetry”).
Here are the updated pages:
Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery — first alphabetically, I know, but for that very reason it always seems to be the first to get updated. Besides, sex sells, right?
Thou Shalt Love Thy Neighbor as Thyself
If all goes well, I may be able to finish the rest by Monday. Happy Reading ![]()
